•  Villa Coin de Mire is accessed only through the main entrance of Hotel Coin de Mire.

•  The villa is located at the back of the Hotel, only 90 metres from the beach.

•  The villa is not an annex to the Hotel, although the villa residents may enjoy multiple facilities of the hotel.

•  The residents also have full access to the Hotel - they may use the lovely swimming pool and take their lunch & dinner there.

•  The villa has now a lovely swimming pool which has just been built in its garden.

•  90 minutes drive from the airport, but 10 minutes from Grand Bay, the most popular tourist centre in Mauritius.

Living area

•  The wide tastefully furnished terrace, overlooking the swimming pool, opens directly into the living/dining room.

•  Well-equipped kitchen.

Bedrooms

•  The air-conditioned master bedroom has a double bed.

•  Bedroom 2 is also air-conditioned, but has 2 single beds.

•  Bedroom 3 is not air-conditioned - It has a fan.

•  All 3 bedroom share a bathroom and 2 toilets.

Equipment

•  Gas/electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils.

•  Washing machine, iron and ironing board.

•  TV in the lounge.

Staff

•  2-hour maid service every day, except on Sundays and Public holidays.

•  Duties of the maid do not include preparation of meals, but the maid would be happy to cook, wash and iron clothes and babysit on extra.

•  Several banks, restaurants, supermarkets, bars and night-clubs are found in Grand’Baie, only 5 minutes drive away.

•  Activities available nearby: Deep sea fishing, wind surf, kite surf, towed inflatable buoys, and parasailing.

•  Facilities to learn flying an ultra light aircraft exist in Trou aux Biches or in Grand'Gaube, a few minutes drive away.

•  Bed linen and bath towels provided.
