•  Each of the 2 double bedrooms is air-conditioned, and has an en suite shower room and toilet.

•  Gas/electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, dish- washer, toaster and kettle.

•  Washing machine iron and ironing board. A small safe.

•  TV and telephone.

•  Generating unit capable of providing power for the whole villa in case of power failure.

Staff

•  Maid service every morning except for Sundays and Bank holidays.

•  Our guests are allowed to pay an entrance fee at Le Paradis Hotel to enjoy water sports and restaurants facilities.

•  A lovely public beach is within easily walking distance – about 800metres.

•  The famous One-Eye kite spot, which has appeared in every kite-boarding magazine, is only 3 Km away.

•  Water skiing, pedal boat, windsurfing, kayak and glass bottom boats are all available in the area. 

•  Other activities available nearby include parasailing, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving and sun-downing cruises by catamaran.

•  The entrance to the 5-Star Le Paradis Hotel and Golf Club is only 150 metres from the villa.

•  Golf fans will greatly enjoy playing on the fantastic Le Paradis 18-hole golf course lying right in front of the villa.

•  Golf specialists may also wish to play at the new "Tamarina Golf & Beach Club" in Tamarin or at "Le Golf du Chateau" in Bel Ombre.

•  Nightclubs and casino at Le Berjaya Hotel.
