•  The open front veranda, beautifully furnished with rattan armchairs, overlooking Tamarin Bay where dolphins are often seen jumping around.

•  A kiosk with thatched roof, set in the front garden with full sea view, is ideal for enjoying a drink while relaxing or for alfresco eating.

•  Well-equipped kitchen with an extension for cleaning and preparation of food before cooking.

Bedrooms

•  The villa (except the front bedroom), being naturally well ventilated, does not need any air-conditioned equipment, .  

•  Air-conditioned master bedroom on ground floor with sea view having king-sized bed and en suite shower room and toilet.

•  The stairs leads to 2 double bedrooms opening directly onto a small balcony offering a breathtaking view over the ocean.

•  A vertical ladder-type stairs leads to the mesanine which has been transformed into a children's room featuring 3 beds.

Equipment

•  Gas hub, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dish-washer, microwave,electric coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a Weber barbecue.

•  Washing machine, iron and ironing board, telephone (local calls), a small safe and TV with 3 local channels.

•  An electronic alarm with immediate response protects the villa.

•  An generator provides electricity in case of power failure.

Staff

•  Maid service every morning, except on Sundays and Public holidays, from 8.00 am to Noon.

•  For extra hours (cooking or baby-sitting) arrangements may be made directly with the maid.

•  A gardener takes care of the tidiness of the garden.

•  A popular sea excursion is dolphin watch, as they are very often seen jumping around and splashing in the middle of Tamarin Bay.

•  One of the main activities in the area is Big Game Fishing. This activity is offered by several operators.

•  Several international Big Game Fishing Competition take place regularly in Mauritius, including The Marlin World Cup.

•  Other activities nearby include kite surfing, horse riding, mountain bike riding, hiking, quad biking, mountain excursions & abseiling.

•  A car woiuld be a definite advantage for golf enthusiasts who would enjoy their favourite sport at several international golf courses nearby.

•  The new Tamarina Golf Estate & Beach Club is 15 minutes drive away.

•  That 18-hole course, designed by Rodney Wright, spreading over 156 hectares, is 6800 metres long, with a Par 72.

•  Other 18-hole golf coursesare available at Le Paradis Hotel (15 minutes drive) or at "Le Golf du Chateau" at Bel Ombre" (30 minutes drive).

•  There are also several casinos in Flic en Flac (15 minutes drive) and Le Morne (Berjaya Hotel, 20 minutes drive).
