Bedrooms

•  All 4 bedrooms are tastefully decorated and air-conditioned.

•  On ground-floor, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate toilet.

•  Upstairs, 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom (with double bed and ensuite bathroom) opening on a balcony.

•  A further bedroom with twin beds, and a smaller child room with a single bed. These two bedrooms share a shower room ans toilet.

•  Gas/electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dish-washer, coffee-maker, toaster, electric kettle and utensils.

•  Washing machine, iron and ironing board.

•  TV in the lounge. A safe. A Weber BBQ. An electric generator to overcome power failures.

•  The villa is protected bu a monitored electronic alarm with response.

Staff

•  Maid service: 3 maids (Lysebie, Michelane et Marjorie) take care of all domestic chores everyday, except on Sundays and Public holidays..

•  They may accompany the residents, if needed, when buying food. They may also do the cooking.

•  The gardener takes care of the maintenance of the garden.

•  A kayak is available for boat rides up the river - be the priveleged fewto watch wild ducks and geese in their haven of peace and tranquillity.

•  Dolphins are very often jumping around and splashing in Tamarin Bay - hence dolphin watch being the popular sea excursion in the area.

•  One of the main activities in the area is big game fishing.

•  Other activities nearby: kite surfing, horse riding, mountain bike riding, hiking, quad biking, mountain excursions & abseiling.

•  Residents have a tremendous advantage being next door to The Tamarina Golf & Spa, where they may enjoy their favourite sport.

•  That 18-hole course, designed by Rodney Wright, spreading over 156 hectares, is 6800 metres long, with a Par 72.

•  A car would be an advantage for golf enthusiasts wishing to play at Le Paradis Hotel & "Le Golf du Chateau", 20-30 minutesdrive away.

•  A well-stocked supermarket, several restaurants offering various cuisines and bank facilities are within 10 minutes drive.

•  There are also several casinos in Flic en Flac (15 minutes drive) and Le Morne (Berjaya Hotel, 20 minutes drive).

•  Tennis, swimming pool and restaurant facilities at Riverland – a friendly club nearby in Tamarin.
